Midsummer Soundbath Immersion

We begin with a short, light movement session. Nothing strenuous. It’s designed to release tension, bring you in to presence and open up the body. Then ready to melt into stillness as the soothing tones of crystal bowls, flute,  tongue drum and other instruments wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and balance.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional clarity, or a simple escape, this session offers the perfect reset for your mind, body, and soul. No prior experience required—just bring yourself, and an open heart and mind.

Blankets, matts and cushions are available at the Helios Centre, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

We want this event to be available to anyone, so it is donation based. The suggested donation is £25, but you can pay as much or as little as you want, down to £5.
