Online and in Person Classes

Join from where ever you are.

Regularly practicing yoga has many benefits. From increased focus to heightened flexibility, we all benefit differently from yoga. Have a look at the classes I teach to see what works for you.

 Online classes are live interactive classes, taught via zoom. Numbers are limited to allow me to see all participants and adapt the class to their needs. (If you prefer not to be visible you will have the option of turning your web cam off).

Face to Face bookings are available in outdoor spaces, following UK government  guidelines of social distancing.

​

Yoga should be available to everyone regardless of circumstance. If you need free or reduced classes, get in touch and we can sort out a scholarship that suites your needs.
