Classes on demand

If you are unable to make the scheduled class times you can access recordings of classes bellow, and follow them as you would if you were taking the class, with the added advantage of being able to pause the class if you need to step away.

Pay for one class, and gain  access to that class for 48 hours, or subscribe and gain access to all my recorded classes on a monthly basis.

If you have missed a class you already paid for, contact me and I’ll give you free access.

These are recordings of my live classes, and there will be moments of coughing, giving direction to specific individuals, falling over and confusing my left from right, It is the perfectly crafted imperfections that make up a live yoga class.
