18:45 - 19:45 GMT Open Level Vinyasa.
A fun dynamic class with options for all levels.

This class was usually held at StMathew church hall in Ealing, but during lock down it has moved online.

10:00 - 11:30 GMT The Full Service
This 90 minute class is an opportunity to get a fully rounded practice. A full yoga practice takes time, and in this longer class we have the time to do breath work thorough warm up, a strong Vinyasa section and proper relaxation at the end.
The class is an open level class and I will aim to give options for all levels.
(every one welcome, but not recommended for complete beginners).

17:00 - 18:00 GMT Yin Yoga
Yin yoga, is specifically designed to slow down, relax and help to open the body and mind.
Postures are mostly on the floor and held for 2 to 7 minutes.
Props can be extremely useful.
Suitable to all levels of experience.
