You can start from anywhere. It doesn’t matter if you are new to yoga, or have been practicing for years.

I started my yoga journey in 1994, and started teaching in 2010. Over the years yoga has helped me overcome serious illness, injuries and mental health issues.
As I have grown more experienced as a yoga instructor, my goal has been to help others overcome their challenges.
Situated in London UK, and online, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices rooted in movement, breath, and meditation, to help each student develop their own yoga practice.
I teach classes ranging from strong power and flow classes, to quiet and still Yin classes. Offering options, allowing you to challenge yourself at whatever level you are at, while making the class accessible to every one.
Everyone is an individual, with their own journey and own motivation for doing yoga. Whether you are new to the practice or have been at it for years, my hope is the practice I share will help you get deeper into yours.
